 We've been wanting to do it for more than two years, and finally we bit the bullet! We're saying goodbye to the Northern suburbs of Melbourne and moving South. Yesterday we bought a property in Tucker Road, Bentleigh.

 We've been in our little concrete bunker in Eton Street for a while now, and its time for some sprucing up. The original plan was to make the lounge room baby-safe by replacing our TV table with a small wall unit to hide the cables. But then, why not put it on the other side of the room? While we're moving furniture, let's fix some cracks in the wall. Then paint. And while we're at it, polish the floors, tile the hearth, render the fireplace, put in new window frames, and re-putty the glass.
What the heck, let's get a big wall unit.
